Andreea Năftică brings 10 years of experience leading trading, studio operations, product strategy, commercial growth and go-to-market execution for global powerhouses such as bet365, Superbet, Kambi & Napoleon Games. She specializes in building customer-centric strategies, turning product concepts into revenue engines, and driving international expansion.
Adrian Căpriță combines more than 10 years in media and gambling, from journalism to CRM and VIP leadership roles at Fortuna, Superbet & Napoleon Games. His expertise lies in understanding customer behavior, creating retention and loyalty programs, and optimizing automated journeys that maximize lifetime value.
